Abstract:
To elute and remove, by water washing, chrome and other heavy metals and chlorine or the like which are repellent components in recycling burned ash into cement raw materials, from the burned ash, and efficiently collect the chrome from detergent drainage water in which the chrome and the like are dissolved.SOLUTION: Burned ash is crushed into the burned ash having predetermined grain diameters, and water is added to the crushed burned ash to make slurry whose pH is changed from acid to neutral and then the burned ash is washed with water. Subsequently, an oxidation-reduction potential of drainage water generated by washing the burned ash with water is adjusted, and then heavy metals other than chrome in the drainage water are collected into a coagulated floc, while making the chrome remain in a liquid phase, by adding a polymer coagulant to the drainage water. An inorganic coagulant is added to the drainage water generated in collecting the heavy metals, and then the chrome remaining in the drainage water is collected into a second coagulated floc by adding the polymer coagulant to the drainage water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
