Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent generation of a pinhole in a liquid-tight bag due to fluid pressure which the bag receives repetitively during transportation, by a method wherein a dehedral liquid-tight bag inserted into a hexagonal box which can be folded along folding lines into a flat dehedral body is sealed at its peripheral edge along an inwardly folding line.
CONSTITUTION: A tetragonal supporter 1, comprising a front side 2, a rear side 3 and a righthand and a lefthand side 4 and 5 which are folded in the center, is provided inside an outer bag 18 which is formed in a plastic dehedral body and sealed. A liquid-tight bag 15 formed of plastics in a dehedral body is inserted into the supporter 1. In this instance, it is designed that the width of the liquid-tight bag 15 when it is flat is a little larger than that of the supporter 1 when it is flat. The liquid tight bag 15 is sealed at several points by hot melt along an inwardly folding line (a) in the vertical direction and an inwardly folding line (b) in the horizontal direction, so that the bag 15 and the supporter 1 are unified. By this, if content in the bag 15 moves flowingly, as the liquid-tight bag 15 is fixed firmly to the supporter 1, there is no possibility of generation a pinhole due to concentration of stress at one part.
