To provide a low dew point chamber and an air conditioning method of the low dew point chamber for further reducing cost and energy consumption by quickly removing moisture generated from the human body in the chamber without diffusing the moisture.
This low dew point chamber has the chamber 1 for allowing a worker to perform work inside, a blowout port 2 for supplying low dew point air to the chamber 1, a suction port 3 for exhausting air of the chamber 1 and a low dew point air supply means 4 for supplying the low dew point air to the blowout port 2. When setting a working space of the worker on the inside of the chamber 1 as a work space 6, the blowout port 2 is arranged so as to open in at least either position of side and lower parts of the work space 6. The suction port 3 is arranged so as to open in a position above the work space 6. The work space 6 is formed to be filled with the air of a desired dew point temperature by supplying the low dew point air to the chamber 1 from a side and lower position of the work space 6 by replaceable ventilation.
