Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable replacement of a hydraulic sealed component without using a chain block in maintenance of a hydraulic elevator.SOLUTION: In a replacement method of a packing 58 or the like as a hydraulic sealed component in a hydraulic elevator 10, a support jack base and a support jack as replacement support tools 80L, 80R are fitted to plunger rails 24L, 24R. Then, fixing of a fixed part is released, an upper end side of the support jack is raised to separate a plunger 22 and a slide base 30, hydraulic sealed components related to a cylinder 20 and the plunger 22 are replaced, and return work is performed after the replacement. After a car 46 moves to a predetermined work position, the position of the car is fixed by a safety device.
