Electrification sensors for detecting the electrification state which causes static electricity in the room are installed in two or more places such as wall, floor, ceiling, and vicinity of electronic equipment. The electrification sensor regularly transmits the electrification state nearby to a control device as a signal. In the control device, the signal received from the electrification sensor is regularly monitored. When the electrification state of a certain place is changed to form a state where static electricity is easy to generate, it is compared with a value preset in the control device. When it exceeds a threshold, an abnormal state is judged and reported.
