This processor has a rotary driving means 2 which rotates an optical disc, a reading means 3 which optically reads the recorded signal of the optical disc and forms the read-out signal in correspondence with the recorded signal, and a digital conversion means 6 which digitalizes the read-out signal and reproduces the coded signal. At this time, a signal processing means 5 is provided. In the processing before the output of the coded signal in the digital conversion means 6, the low-frequency noise component is removed for the read-out signal so that the strain in the direction of the time bases is not generated.
