To reproduce a material to be recorded which can keep a secret, without generating an afterimage by allowing an image forming material to contain a coloring component difficult to dissolve and a colorless charging control agent in an image removal accelerating liquid incorporating a surfactant and water, and using the image removal accelerating liquid incorporating the surfactant and water.
The image removal accelerating liquid incorporating the surfactant and water is imparted onto the material to be recorded having an image formed with the image forming material incorporating the coloring component difficult to dissolve and the colorless charging control agent in the image removal accelerating liquid incorporating the surfactant and water, to reproduce the material to be recorded. Even if, for instance, electrophotographic toner whose constituting material is actually insoluble in hot water is used as the image forming material, the coloring component in the electrophotographic toner is never eluted in the image removable accelerating liquid incorporating the surfactant and water. Further, the colorless charging control agent is used so that the material to be recorded can be reproduced without generating a dyeing afterimage on the material to be recorded.
