PURPOSE: To easily reproduce stored information by reading recorded information out of an information storage medium, and recording the read information on a medium for stored information reproduction in the form of fine surface unevenness.

CONSTITUTION: An information storage medium 1 on which optical stored information is recorded on a recording layer by state changes of pits. etc., with condensed laser light, etc., is rotated and the information is read by a reading head 16 to transfer the information contacts to an information reading circuit 19 in time series. In the information reading circuit 19, the information is amplified and transferred to a writing circuit 20; and the irradiation of the surface of a medium 4 for stored information reproduction or its original disk 4' with laser light is controlled to record the read information on the medium 4 or its original disk 4' in the form of fine surface unevenness. Thus, the stored information is reproduced easily.
