When production the repulsion magnetic circuit constituted by arranging two magnets 2 and 2 so as to face the same pole each other and arranging a center plate 3 composed of a magnetic substance between both the magnets, two half magnetic circuit parts 1A and 1B are constituted by adhesive bonding divided plate members 3a and 3b, for which the center plate 3 is bisected in the direction of crossing axis, to both the respective magnets 2 and 2 and both the half magnetic circuit parts are coupled and built up by bonding the divided plate members 3a and 3b each other.
