The user is connected to a dedicated site 12 and inputs request items onto a request form 13. The inputted form 13 is received by a request service server 20 and registered in a data base 21. The server 20 sorts the registered information by area and conditions, generates request information 23 and distributes it to a contract facility terminal 31. The contract facility reads the request information 23, inputs required items onto an attached form 32 for reply and registers it in a data base group 21. The server 20 generates an answer list indication 14 by ID by selecting the destination out of the information on the registered form 32 corresponding to the user ID. The user reads the answer list indication 14 by ID, selects any facility out of it, reads the details and reserves the facility.
