A resampling device for resampling a data sequence Din input at a sampling rate Fin at a rate ratio m/n includes: an FIR digital filter 21 for performing a product-sum operation on the latest P data of the data sequence Din and a set of P filter coefficients, and outputting a sequential operation result; filter coefficient storage means 25 storing beforehand timing-specific (m×P) filter coefficients required for data interpolation at timings dividing an interval of data input into to the digital filter 21 into m equal parts; and filter coefficient changing means 26 for sequentially selecting a set of P filter coefficients from the filter coefficient storage means 25 and feeding the digital filter 21 at a resampling rate of Fin*m/n such that interpolation data are output in time series at m timings at intervals of n in the period of input of n data into the digital filter 21.
