To provide a rescue fire engine for rescuing a sufferer left at a high place from a fire.

A first hydraulic expansion steel pipe 2 and a second hydraulic expansion steel pipe 3 are installed on a proper truck, and a ladder 4 capable of hydraulically expanding and contracting is mounted on the top of an expansion steel pipe 1 installed with a simple lift inside thereof. A sufferer saved by the ladder is set down upto a part installed with a second fall down preventing frame 12 and then down to the ground by the lift in the steel pipe. The height of the expansion steel pipe and the expansion ladder can be adjusted as desired.
