A mountain folded part 11 and a pair of valley folded parts 12 and 13 extending substantially in parallel with the mountain folded part 11 on both sides of the mountain folded part 11 are provided on the surface of a flat part 20. A bent part 10 is formed so as to stand from the flat part 20, and formed with an opening part 6 for substantially closing an inner part of a bag body 3 when standing, and exposed when the pair of valley folded parts 12 and 13 is pulled to be separated from each other with respect to the mountain folded part 11. A cover body 4 is stuck to the bag body 3 at a base end part 44 so as to cover an area including the opening part 6 and the end part thereof can stick to the flat part 20 with the bent part 10 overlapped on the flat part 20.
