CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted of the plural portable equipments 33 for receiving and displaying the radio signals of a destination and waiting time, etc., and originating their own identification codes, a reservation center 35 for controlling the reservation and the waiting time based on the identification codes of the portable equipments 33, reservation input, cancellation and elimination information, plural reservation terminal equipments 36 for reading the identification codes of the portable equipments 33, performing the reservation and cancellation input, sending information to the reservation center 35 and writing reservation contents in the portable equipments 33, a fixed equipment 34 for originating reservation information sent from the reservation center 35 every moment provided so as to let an origination output reaching area cover a prescribed area and a destination terminal equipment 32 for permitting entrance when it is judged that the waiting time of the portable equipment 33 is within a prescribed range by a within-the-time judgment means and the number of persons is within a prescribed number, eliminating the information related to the destination of the portable equipment at the time of the entrance or at the time of leaving and communicating the elimination information to the reservation center 35.
