Abstract:
To provide a reservoir computer capable of reducing a mounting area of a circuit while keeping accuracy using an analog integrated circuit.SOLUTION: A reservoir computer comprises a reservoir unit including a plurality of neuron circuits and an output layer. Each neuron circuit comprises a capacity array circuit unit 101, a nonlinear amplifier 102, a capacity memory units 103 and 104, a buffer 105, and an analog digital conversion circuit 106. The neuron circuit further comprises a plurality of inputs, an analog output, and a digital output. Each of the plurality of inputs is supplied with an analog output of any of other neuron circuits or own analog output, or an analog input signal from the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
