Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reset signal generating circuit which prevents a reset signal for closing a power supply from being erroneously generated due to the voltage fluctuations of the power supply and prevents a charging circuit from malfunctioning.
SOLUTION: A supply point A of the operation power supply of an output circuit is set at a position, where the voltage of the power supply is lowered, and a voltage stabilization circuit 42 which absorbs the potential fluctuation of the supply point A is provided. Thus, by setting the supply point A of the operation power supply of the output circuit at lowered position, the voltage fluctuation amplitude of the operation power supply can be reduced relative to the voltage fluctuation amplitude of a power supply Vcc. Furthermore, by making the voltage stabilization circuit 42 absorb the potential fluctuation of the supply point A, malfunctionings of a charging circuit which is caused by the voltage fluctuation of the power supply Vcc can be suppressed.
