Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the deviation in timing of processing in a microcomputer which controls home appliances by allowing a transmission microcomputer to control the resetting of a process microcomputer.
CONSTITUTION: Buses 10a and 10b for transferring data signals are provided between the transmission microcomputer 6 which processes the data signals and the process microcomputer 11 which performs processing. Consequently, the process microcomputer is reset and released under the control of the transmission microcomputer, and if a fault occurs, a reset signal is transferred from the transmission microcomputer 6 to the process microcomputer 11 to stop the system.
