Abstract:
To provide a resident living support system and a resident living support device in which residents can easily access surveillance cameras to grasp the situation of a residential area.SOLUTION: A resident living support system comprises: surveillance cameras 20 (20a to 20c) that are installed at entrances of a residential area where a residents' association is placed, parks, meeting places, etc., and transmits images captured in response to requests; a terminal device 30a that is operated by residents constituting the residents' association; a control server 40 that requests, in response to the requests to the surveillance cameras 20a to 20c selected by the terminal device 30a, the surveillance cameras 20a to 20c to transmit the images and transmits the images from the surveillance cameras 20a to 20c to the terminal device 30a. The control server 40 transmits, to a terminal device (a) of a request source, a still image returned from the surveillance camera 20a by requesting the still image as the image from the surveillance camera 20a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
