PURPOSE: To make a storing method efficient by providing a means which sets address information to connect a household information record and an individual information record, and address information to connect between the plural individual information records.

CONSTITUTION: Contents 2 of an address part in a household information record 11 indicate a position where a first individual information record 12 is stored, and contents 3 of the address part in an individual information record 12 indicate the position where a second individual information record 13 is stored. In the same way, the address part of the second individual information record 13 is connected to a third individual information record 14. Contents 1 of the address part of the individual information record 14 (the last in the household in such a case) indicate the address 1 where the household information record is stored since the other individual information record does not exist for a house hold head. Thus, for the individuals to constitute the household, the household information can be obtained by successively tracing the records, and the household information can be shared in the constituting members. Thus, the storing method can be made efficient.
