Abstract:
To prevent the outdoor equipment of a residence from being illegally used.SOLUTION: A controller 24 of a security system 10 is connected to a lock unit 62 of a charging device 42 and a lock unit 64 of a hot-water supply device 44 that are installed in the premises of a residence. The controller 24, when a digital key acquired from a terminal device 26 by ta BLE antenna 34 of the charging device 42 is verified, causes the lock unit 66 to enable the charging device 42 to operate, and when the digital key acquired from the terminal device 26 by the BLE antenna 34 of the hot-water supply device 44 is verified, causes the lock unit 68 to releases the lock of the door to enable the use of a hot water tap. As a result, if the digital key of the terminal device 26 is not verified, the use of the charging device 42 and the hot-water supply device 44 can be restricted and the illegal use thereof can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
