A link mechanism 35 is placed between a control motor 26 to open and close a discharge shutter 22 and a locking member 31 to receive a bottom plate 28, and opening and closing of the discharge shutter 22 is interlocked with that of the bottom plate 28. Further, at lest an L-type link 26 is placed at a link mechanism 35, a control motor 26 is coupled to the long side part 26a side through a coupling member 38, and the short side part 36b side is coupled to a coupling member 39. The rotation moment of an L-type link 36 due to the weights of the long side part 36a and the coupling member 38 is exerted in the direction of the closing side of the bottom plate 28. Further, a locking member 31 is formed in an L-type rod-form state and rotatable around a base shaft. When the bottom plate 28 is supported by a horizontal part and a device is brought into a closed posture, a vertical frame part is held approximately in a vertical posture. A support base plate 32 is fixed such that a position is adjustable to a horizontal direction or a vertical direction to a fixing member, such as a transfer gutter 18.
