The residual formwork panel 11 comprises a panel body 12 formed into a plate by joining, at least, wooden chips and a urethane powder with an adhesive. Thus, the residual formwork panel 11 has improved resistance to water and greatly reduced weight for facilitating construction and transportation on a sharp slope and cutting at the site and offers ecological construction for use in recycling itself without using natural resources themselves. A decorative panel 16 with lumbers in lines is provided outside the panel body 12. The construction of the decorative panel 16 can be carried out concurrently with the assembly of the formwork 11, without such need for mounting the decorative panel 16 in other processes as may exist in a conventional residual formwork.
