A residue storage part 12 is supported by a plurality of support leg parts 13, a filter 21 is housed inside the residue storage part 12, and a dish housing tray 25 for storing glasses 26 is supported at the upper part of the filter 21. A joint 27 is provided to the bottom part center of the residue storage part 12, and a stop valve 28 is attached to the joint 27. The glasses 26 are housed in the dish housing tray 25, the residue stuck to the glasses 26 is dropped downwards, and solids included in it are recovered by the wire gauze 23 of the filter 21. Liquids are passed through downwards from the wire gauze 23 and recovered to the residue storage part 12. The liquids inside the residue storage part 12 are discharged from a discharge pipe 30 to a bucket or the like by opening the stop valve 28.
