To provide a resilient connector for a shock absorber that a dust cover does not incline even if the prying power works by the strong fixing power of the dust cover to the fitting:to facilitate the installation of the dust cover without giving the bad influence to the stopper characteristic of a bound stopper by installing the dust cover.

The resilient connector for the shock absorber 10 is composed of a cushion rubber 20, 22, the bound stopper 30, the dust cover 32 and a fitting 16. The first cup-shaped fitted retaining part 66 and the second reverse cup-shaped fitted retaining part 70 are provided with its fitting 16. While forming an upper circumference wall part 64 of smaller sized straight shape than the upper end of a lower circumference wall part 68 and a step part 84 to the upper end part, a mold is formed to correspond to the upper end part of the fitting part 82 of the dust cover 32 being set over the circumference wall part 58.
