A resin porcelain tube is integrally provided on the outer periphery of a resin tube body 2 into which a central conductor is inserted, and the tube section 5c of a metal flange fitting 5 is fixed to the outer periphery of the resin tube body 2 at the position where no resin porcelain tube exists. Fixed grooves 8 are provided in the peripheral direction on the outer periphery of the resin tube body 2 at the position where the tube section 5c of the flange fitting 5 is fixed. Inward projections 13 at part of the tube section 5c of the flange fitting 5 are bitten into the fixed grooves 8 via an adhesive 11 concurrently serving as a sealing material.
