Abstract:
To provide a resin cage and process of manufacture of the resin case capable of preventing reduction of a circular ring tensile strength by confusing fiber orientation generated at synthetic resin due to disturbed flow of synthetic resin melted near a weld.SOLUTION: A resin cage 1 has a circular ring part 11; some pillar sections 12,12 projected from the circular ring part 11 in an axial direction and arranged in an equal spacing in a peripheral direction of the circular ring part 11. A space enclosed by the pillar sections 12,12 adjacent to each other and the circular ring part 11 is formed with a pocket part P for storing rolling elements and the semi-circular resin cage that is injection molded with synthetic resin containing reinforced fiber. Each of the pillar sections 12 is formed with a gate mark Tg where synthetic resin is poured from a gate G of a die at the time of injection molding and a circular ring part 11 adjacent to each of the pocket parts P is formed with outflow mark Tr where synthetic resin flows out to a resin accumulation R at the time of injection molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
