The resin cap is obtained by molding a polyethylene resin satisfying the following requirements (A)-(F) wherein (A) the density is 890-980 kg/m3, (B) the number of ≥6C long-chain branches is 0.01-3 per 1,000 carbon atoms, (C) relation (1): MS190>22×MFR-0.88 and relation (2): MS160>110-110×log(MFR) are both satisfied, (D) there is only one peak in the endothermic curve obtained through temperature-rise measurement using a differential scanning calorimeter, (E) the n-heptane soluble fraction at 50°C is <0.10 wt.% and (F) the flow length L (cm) in injection molding satisfies relation (3): L>10×ln(MFR)+15.5.
