In this resin capsule anchor, a drawn part is provided in the circumferential direction of a glass tube container; a curable resin is hermetically sealed in the glass container; and the curing agent is arranged outside the drawn part in an infilled state. The resin capsule anchor is characterized in that an interval between the drawn parts of the glass tube is in the range of 10-40 mm.
