A conductive pattern layer 2 where conductive paste is printed at every unit is formed at the backside of the base material 1' of the decoration sheet and positioning marks 3 in cutting are printed. The marks 3 can be printed by conductive paste. The base material 1' is automatically cut at every unit with the mark 3 as a reference. At that point, a through hole for key is simultaneously cut. The decoration sheet 1 is disposed in the cavity of a mold for injection molding, resin in a melting state is injected into the metallic mold and the molding is formed. Thus, the resin casing having the electromagnetic wave shielding function where the decoration sheet 1 is closely and integrally made to adhere to the surface of the molding is obtained.
