Abstract:
To provide a resin-made tee joint which can reduce a pressure loss accompanied by the passage of fluid through a branch part in a main pipe.SOLUTION: A resin-made tee joint 1 comprises a resin-made joint main body 11. The joint main body 11 comprises a first straight part 21 to a third straight part 23, and a T-shaped branch part 24. A corner 31 constituting the branch part 24 is formed into a cylindrical shape which is curved in an arc shape so as to connect the first straight part 21 and the second straight part 22. A straight 32 constituting the branch part 24 connects the outside of an intermediate position of the corner 31 and the third straight part 23. Internal peripheral faces of a first communication port 24a, a second communication port 24b and an apex part 24d are formed into true round shapes. In the corner 31, the internal peripheral face of the first communication port 24a and the internal peripheral face of the apex part 24d are smoothly connected to each other, and the internal peripheral face of the second communication port 24b and the internal peripheral face of the apex part 24d are smoothly connected to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
