To provide a resin coated aluminum alloy plate which has good drawing property and ironing workability, with cracking and peeling of resin coat hardly occurring at processing, and with degradation in the coat and corrosion of base material aluminum hardly generated even in a harsh environment after molding processes, and which also makes a lubricating film fully removed by washing with a hydrocarbon based solvent.
A resin coated aluminum alloy plate is composed of a substrate, a chemically converted film, a resin coat, and a lubricating film. The resin coat is composed of a cured material of resin mixture containing, at a prescribed blending proportion, prescribed epoxy resin, polyester resin, amino resin and isocyanate resin. The lubricating film essentially consists of paraffin whose penetration at the temperature of 25°C is 5-40.
