Abstract:

To provide an aluminum sheet for making a DI can which exhibits the satisfactory adhesion with an organic resin film, even when the organic resin film is combined with an aluminum sheet having been subjected to a non-chromate type surface treatment, and a DI can made by the drawing and ironing of the aluminum sheet.

The resin-coated aluminum sheet for the DI can is made by laminating an organic resin film on the aluminum sheet which is made by forming an organic treating layer on the aluminum sheet by using an emulsion type resin such as an aqueous acrylic emulsion, an aqueous dispersion of a modified polyolefinic resin or a polyester resin emulsion or the like on the aluminum sheet, and the DI can is formed by drawing and ironing the aluminum sheet.
