To improve molding workability and corrosion resistance by coating a resin film of a specific thickness with a specific thick scaly metal powder dispersed therein as a lower surface and a resin film having a specific entire film thickness consisting of a resin film not containing a scaly metal powder as an upper layer on a metal plate.
There is coated on a metal plate 1 with a resin film of an entire film length of 5-100 μm having a two layer structure consisting of a resin film 2 of a thickness of 3-50 μm dispersed by 3-30 volume % as a total of powder with one or more kinds of scaly metal powder of a thickness of 0.01-2.0 μm as a lower layer and a resin film 2 not containing scaly metal powder as an upper layer. The scaly metal powder 3 is preferable to be zinc, tin, nickel, copper, titanium, and aluminum, or an alloy powder of these components. The resin film 2 is desirable to be a polyester resin and a polyolefin resin, or a fluorocarbon resin, etc. Also, the metal plate 1 is preferable to be a cold roll steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a copper plate, and an aluminum alloy plate.
