Abstract:
To provide a resin-coated metal plate showing excellence in not only a warm feel but also high hardness and a wear resistance.
Two resin coat layers are formed on the surface of the metal plate. The undercoat film layer includes a hollow inorganic particle and/or a porous organic particle. The top coat film layer includes the hollow inorganic particle and a lubricant, and Tg includes a resin of temperature of 30°C or above.
