To provide a metallic plate which has prescribed reflectivity as a function of a back light and with which excellent moldability, fingerprint resistance and flawing resistance are obtainable by forming the surface roughness of the metallic plate to a specific range, providing the surface thereof with a resin coating film having a coating film thickness and coefft. of friction which are respectively specific and specifying the reflectivity to a specific value or above.
The surface roughness of the metallic plate 61 is adjusted to ≤0.8μm in Ra and ≤5μm in Rz. The surface of the plate has the resin coating film having ≤5μm coating film thickness and the coefft of friction of ≤0.2 and in addition, the flactivity is ≥60%. Namely, both surfaces of the metallic plate 61 are coated with the resin coating layers 62, 62'. The reason why the surface roughness of the metallic plate 61 is specified to the range of ≤0.8μm in Ra and ≤5μm in Rz lies in that the reflectivity after coating degrades to ≤60% and the intrinsic function as the back light panel is impaired when these values are exceeded. Namely, the intrinsic function of the back light is maintained by specifying the reflectivity to ≥60%.
