Abstract:
To provide a resin coated sliding material holding the serviceable life and improving the peeling resistance under sever sliding friction conditions applying the repeated load.
This resin coated sliding material is provided with a metal back plate 1, a metal sintered layer formed on the metal back plate 1, a joint layer composed of preset resin for coating the surface of the metal sintered layer, and a resin sliding layer 2 including fluororesin stuck to and formed on the metal sintered layer via the joint layer. The joint layer is so set as to be composed of, at least, one resin out of polyimide resin and polyamidoimide resin, and fluororesin.
