To reduce danger of take fire or smell, so as to improve safety, by applying resin to a steel pipe through adhesive made of saturated polyester resin, polyethylene resin and organic alkoxyl silane.
Resin is applied to a steel pipe through adhesives made of saturated polyester resin in which the weight average molecular weight of aromatic dibasic acid, aliphatic dibasic acid and alicyclic dibasic acid is not less than 8000 and not more than 10000, polyethylene resin obtained by copolymerizing propylene and α-olefin such as styrene or copolymerizing maleic anhydride, vinyl acetate, acrylic acid, acrylic acid ester, methacrylic acid, and methcaylic acid ester, and organic alkoxyl silane such as γ-glicidoxgpropyl- trimethoxysilane. Therefore, danger of take fire and smell are reduced, and safety is improved.
