Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a resin coated primer steel plate for coating exterior building material which does not suffer delamination due to vibration and/or impact generated in the operation of a heavy shutter.
CONSTITUTION: A zinc plated steel plate or zinc alloy plated steel plate treated with phosphate is coated with a baking type epoxy resin of a mixture comprising 1-50% epoxy resin, 0.1-20% of melamine resin, 0.1-20% of urea resin, and 1-80% of pigment. In this way, the roll processability, top coat adhesion, and corrosion resistance are improved respectively.
