Abstract:
To provide a resin coater which is capable of precisely coating a board with a resin and of reducing a cycle time for resin coating.
The resin coater includes a transfer passage 6 along which a board 2 is transferred, a syringe 17 having a nozzle 24 that delivers a resin to the board 2, a camera 18 that takes an image of a given place on the board 2 to detect the position of the board 2, and a cleaning mechanism 9 that cleans the nozzle 24. The syringe 17 is located at the front side of the camera 18 and the cleaning mechanism 9 is located at the front side of the transfer passage 6 in the front-to-back direction almost perpendicular to the transfer direction of the board 2.
