Abstract:
To provide a resin composition useful as an adhesive or a binder which exhibits good adhesiveness even to a nonpolar substrate such as a polyolefin resin and is excellent in durability.SOLUTION: The resin composition is provided which contains: a polyurethane resin containing at least one of a constituent unit (A) derived from a polyolefin polyol and a constituent unit (B) derived from a dimer polyol; and a chemically modified acid-modified polyolefin resin. The content of the chemically modified acid-modified polyolefin resin is in the range of 10-1,000 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polyurethane resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
