Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a composition for an antifouling coating compound having durability free from toxicity.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for an antifouling coating compound, a composition obtained by blending a hydrophilic or crystalline polymer with a hydrophobic or amorphous polymer in a weight ratio of 5:95-95:5 wherein any one of the polymers is subjected to phase separation in a size of 0.001-2μm in the coating film after formation of coating film.
