Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for cleaning excellent in cleaning performance and heat resistance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a resin composition for cleaning, and a method of cleaning an injection molding machine or an extruder using the resin composition. The resin composition is a mixture of a resin composition (I) and a resin composition (II). The resin composition (I) contains (A) 30 pts.mass to 70 pts.mass of a polycarbonate resin having a value of a melt volume flow rate (MVR) of 3 cm/10 min to 30 cm/10 min on condition of a test temperature (θ) of 300°C and a nominal load (M) of 1.2 kg, (B) 10 pts.mass to 40 pts.mass of a polypropylene having a value of a melt mass flow rate (MFR) of 0.1 g/10 min to 10 g/10 min on condition of a test temperature (θ) of 230°C and a nominal load (M) of 2.16 kg, and (C) 10 pts.mass to 60 pts.mass of one or more kinds of inorganic fillers, where the total of (A), (B) and (C) is 100 pts.mass, and the resin composition (II) contains (D) a chemical forming agent, where a content of (D) the chemical forming agent is 1-20 mass% to the total of (I) and (II).SELECTED DRAWING: None
