Abstract:
To provide a resin composition where inorganic and/or organic filler(s) is(are) dispersed in an aliphatic polycarbonate skeleton-bearing resin, excellent in low warpage, flexibility, adhesion to sealing material, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, PCT(Pressure Cooker Test) resistance, low-temperature curability, heat resistance, electrical properties, workability and economy, and to provide a film-forming material comprising the same.
The resin composition comprises (A) the aliphatic polycarbonate skeleton-bearing resin and (B) the inorganic and/or organic filler(s).
