This resin composition is prepared by compounding 100 pts.mass acrylic copolymer obtained by the copolymerization of (A) 2-40 mass% monomer represented by formula (1), (B) 15-60 mass% monomer represented by formula (2), (C) 10-40 mass% monomer represented by formula (3), and (D) 20-70 mass% monomer component comprising a monomer represented by formula (4) and/or a monomer represented by formula (5) with 20-150 pts.mass ultraviolet absorber and a neutralizing agent in an amount of 0.4-1.05 equivalents per equivalent of an acid group contained in the acrylic copolymer.
