Abstract:
To provide a cured product with high biomass content having high hardness and to provide a resin composition with high biomass content for obtaining the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a resin composition comprising an epoxidized oil and fat, an anhydrous carboxylic acid and a curing catalyst; a resin cured product obtained by curing a resin composition comprising an epoxidized oil and fat, an anhydrous carboxylic acid and a curing catalyst; a paper food product providing a cured product of a resin composition comprising an epoxidized oil and fat, an anhydrous carboxylic acid and a curing catalyst on at least a surface in contact with a food of a paper product; and a food paper product obtained by molding a mixture containing a resin composition comprising an epoxidized oil and fat, an anhydrous carboxylic acid and a curing catalyst and a fibrous substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
