Abstract:
To easily obtain a resin composition in any compositions, with high storage stability with time, and capable of affording coating films through curing under heating which exhibit such physical properties as good substrate adhesion and water resistance.
This resin composition comprises (A) a polymer having repeating unit based on an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having two carboxylic acid groups in the molecule, (B) a compound having two or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule, and (C) an onium salt selected from quaternary ammonium salts and quaternary phosphonium salts.
