Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable polyorganosiloxane composition for providing a cured product having a small compression set.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition for an electric/electronic component which comprises: (A) a polyorganosiloxane containing a mercaptoalkyl group bonded to a silicon atom which has a viscosity of 20 to 3000 mPa s at 23°C; (B) a polyorganosiloxane containing an aliphatic unsaturated group comprising (B1) a straight-chain polyorganosiloxane represented by the formula (I), optionally (B2) a branched polyorganosiloxane containing an SiOunit, an R'SiOunit and an R'SiOand further optionally an R'SiOunit (where, R' each independently represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or an aliphatic unsaturated group) having at least three R's of aliphatic unsaturated group per molecule; (C) a photoreaction initiator; and (D) a fumed silica surface-treated with an organosilicon compound having an unsaturated group, wherein the ratio of the number of the mercaptoalkyl groups in (A) to the total number of the aliphatic unsaturated groups in (B) is 0.45 to 2.00.SELECTED DRAWING: None
