Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which can form an adhesive layer and a binder layer that exhibit adequate adhesiveness to base materials formed of various materials and are excellent in solvent resistance and the like, and is useful as an adhesive and a binder which can simply produce an outer package for a lithium ion battery and the like by adopting a method such as a dry lamination method.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains 50-98 mass% of a structural unit derived from polycarboxylic acid of dimer acid or trimer acid and contains at least one of the following (1) to (3) resins: (1) a polyamide a resin (A) obtained using the polycarboxylic acid as a monomer component; (2) a resin (B) obtained using the polycarboxylic acid and an epoxy compound having two or more epoxy groups as a monomer component; and (3) a resin (C) obtained using the polycarboxylic acid and an aziridine compound having two or more aziridine groups as a monomer component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
