Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly resilient flexible resin composition for golf balls.SOLUTION: The resin composition for golf balls according to the present invention contains (A) at least one type of a resin component selected from a group consisting of (a-1) a bipolymer, (a-2) an ionomer resin comprising a metal ion neutralized substance of the bipolymer, (a-3) a terpolymer, and (a-4) an ionomer resin comprising a metal ion neutralized substance of the terpolymer, (B) a saturated fatty acid, (C) an unsaturated fatty acid, and (D) an unsaturated aliphatic polycarboxylic acid, wherein a total content of the (B) saturated fatty acid, (C) unsaturated fatty acid, and (D) unsaturated aliphatic polycarboxylic acid is 80 to 200 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the (A) resin component, and the neutralization degree of the resin composition is 80 mole% or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None
