To provide a resin composition which has heat resistance, flame retardancy, ductility, impact resistance, and so on, and which can widely be applied to electrical/electronic parts, communication parts, fibers, film/sheets, automobile parts, and so on.
The resin composition includes: (A) 55-99 mass% of polyphenylene sulfide which contains 70 mol% or more of a repeating unit represented by general formula (1); (B) 1-45 mass% of an ethylene-based copolymer which contains an ethylene unit, and a carboxylic acid glycidyl ester unit having an ethylenically unsaturated bond or a glycidyl ether unit having an ethylenically unsaturated bond; and (C) 1-150 pts.mass of a polysulfone-based polymer selected from polysulfone, polypheylene sulfone, and a mixture of them with respect to 100 pts.mass of a sum of (A) and (B).
